Illuminated Sign Power
The 12V plug-in adapter that comes with your sign is safety-certified for indoor use and must be protected from the weather. This is a standard safety measure for many low-voltage outdoor lighting products.
For a safe and easy DIY installation, you simply run the thin cord from your sign to a protected indoor outlet inside your home, garage, or a covered shed. We include 5m of cable (you can add more) to make this process as simple as possible.
What if I can't run a power cord indoors?
If you are unable to run the power cord indoors, a licensed electrician can easily install a safe, outdoor-rated power supply (not included). This is a great solution for those who want a completely hard-wired, permanent installation.
An electrician can ensure the power supply and all connections are fully protected from the elements and comply with Australian electrical standards. You can provide them with the product's power consumption specifications to ensure they choose the correct power supply.
How do I install my sign?
All of our signs come ready to install, with all mounts, screws, wall plugs and instructions.
You will need some basic tools to assist in installation eg. electric drill, drill bits, screwdriver, tape measure, pen, spirit level etc.
What materials are used?
Our signs are manufactured using Perspex brand acrylic.
This material is used in all outdoor signage around the world.
It is weatherproof which makes it ideal for outdoor use.
We have been using this material on external signage for over 5 years and they still look as good as the day they were made.
All fixings supplied are made from stainless steel.
I just placed an order, how long will it take to receive it?
Our current production time is listed at the top of the website.
This is the time it takes to produce your order, with postage on top of this.
All items are custom made to order.
Once your item is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We use Australia Post for all orders.
I just placed an order, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all orders are final.
Please double check your order before purchasing. If you have made a mistake you need to contact us within 24 hours to make changes.
All of our products are custom made and therefore cannot be returned.
Should you receive your sign and discover that there is a fault we are responsible for and occurred during production, we will reimburse you with a full refund or replacement, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your item.
My order arrived and it is broken, can I get a replacement?
Please email within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description and photographs of the damaged item.
We assess each claim on a case by case basis.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation techniques or misuse.
How do I clean my sign?
Simply use a clean, lint free cloth and wipe gently. Do not use any household cleaners as the chemicals will affect the material. Clean tap water is fine.
Warranty
- Non-Illuminated Signs – 2 years
- Illuminated Signs – 1 year
Warranty is valid from the purchase date, not the installation date.
The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing of the sign itself.
It does not cover:
- Damage caused by weather, vandalism, or incorrect installation
- Costs related to installation, removal, electricians, builders, wall repairs, or similar services
